1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Nghahloh Dawr website and any order you place through it. By browsing this site, creating an order, or making a payment, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use this site or place an order.

2. About us

Nghahloh Dawr, trading as "Made by Mizo", is a brand of NorthEast Marketing and Procurement Pvt Ltd, a company based in Aizawl, Mizoram, India (GSTIN 15AAAAA0000A1Z5). We sell Mizo food and pantry products sourced from local producers and households in Mizoram.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or placing an order under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to order from us.

4. Accuracy of order information

You are responsible for providing an accurate name, phone number and delivery address at checkout. We are not liable for a delayed or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information you provided.

5. Products

Many of our products are handmade or made in small batches by Mizo households and producers. Colour, quantity, weight and appearance may vary slightly from what is shown on the site — this is a natural feature of handmade and artisanal food products, not a defect.

6. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We reserve the right to correct a pricing or listing error before an order is confirmed, and to cancel an order placed at an incorrect price with a full refund.

7. Order confirmation and cancellation

An order is confirmed once payment is completed. We may cancel a confirmed order — with a full refund — if an item is out of stock, if we are unable to verify the order, or if the delivery address falls outside an area we can currently serve.

8. Delivery

Orders within Aizawl are delivered directly by us. Orders outside Aizawl are shipped by India Post; delivery times and any shipping charge for these orders are separate from same-day local delivery. See our Shipping Policy for full details. Risk in the goods passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided.

9. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy, published separately on this site, forms part of these terms and explains when a replacement or refund applies, particularly for perishable food items.

10. Intellectual property

The Nghahloh Dawr and Made by Mizo names, logos, and the text, photos and design on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with its security or normal operation, or to place fraudulent or bad-faith orders.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

13. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for a delay or failure to deliver caused by events outside our reasonable control, including road closures, extreme weather, strikes, or India Post service disruptions.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from an order or these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Aizawl, Mizoram.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or the law. The current version is always the one published on this page.
