Delivery within Aizawl

Orders with a delivery address in Aizawl, Mizoram 796001 and nearby localities are delivered directly by our own riders, usually the same day or the next day depending on when the order is placed. An estimated delivery window is shown at checkout.

Delivery outside Aizawl

Orders delivered outside Aizawl are shipped via India Post rather than our own riders. Transit time depends on India Post's service to your area and is typically longer than local delivery — we'll confirm an estimated delivery time and any shipping charge with you before the order is dispatched.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on all orders within Aizawl, and unlimited for the length of a Nghahloh Dawr membership. Orders shipped via India Post outside Aizawl carry a separate postage charge based on weight and distance, confirmed before dispatch.

Perishable items

Some smoked, fresh or perishable items may not be suitable for India Post shipping over long distances. If an item in your order can't be safely shipped to your address, we'll contact you before dispatch to adjust or refund that item.

Failed deliveries

If we're unable to reach you at the delivery address or phone number provided, we'll attempt to contact you before returning the order. For India Post shipments, this follows India Post's own return-to-sender process.
